You’ll complete 45 credit hours in two years for full-time students or four years for part-time students. The curriculum has 7 learning outcome domains focused on:

  • Contemporary and foundational scholarship in student affairs
  • Supporting student learning and success
  • Equity and justice
  • Systems, structures, and organizational behavior
  • Research and assessment

Topics of study include

  • Theories, assessments, and evaluations related to student affairs practice
  • Cross-cultural and diversity issues within the context of higher education
